We offer couples therapy to help you and your partner work through communication issues, conflict, and other challenges that may be affecting your relationship. At New Insights LLC, we believe in the power of group. We offer training for mental health clinicians and graduate students in mental health professions to deepen and expand their group skills.

Consultation Groups: for licensed group therapists interested or seeking consultation for professional growth, effective groups, and to fulfill the supervision/consultation requirement for the Certified Group Psychotherapist Credential

Therapist T-Group (Training Group): an opportunity for early career clinicians to receive training in group process through experiential learning. Didactic instruction occurs at the end of each session.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine was approved by the FDA in 1970 as an anesthetic and analgesic, and has been listed on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines since 1985.
Ketamine is also prescribed off-label to treat a wide range of mental health issues.
